About NCBSD

NATIONAL CERTIFICATION BOARD OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT (NCBSD) is an autonomous skill development and computer education organization functioning under NCBSD EDUCATION COUNCIL, which is incorporated as a Section 8 (Not-for-Profit) Company under the Companies Act, 2013, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN: U88900WB2025NPL278347). NCBSD has been established with the objective of promoting skill development, computer education, and vocational training among students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. The organization focuses on enhancing employability, practical knowledge, and professional competence through structured training programmes.
The organization is registered under MSME (Udyam Registration) and follows internationally accepted quality management standards as per ISO 9001:2015 Certification for its educational and administrative processes. NCBSD also undertakes branding and intellectual property protection initiatives in accordance with applicable laws of India. NCBSD designs and conducts certificate-based skill development and computer training programmes through its authorized training centres. These programmes are intended to provide practical skills, industry-relevant knowledge, and hands-on experience to learners. The certificates issued by NCBSD are institutional certificates awarded for successful completion of training programmes conducted by the organization. NCBSD operates as a private autonomous body and does not claim affiliation, recognition, or equivalence with any government university, statutory council, UGC, AICTE, Ministry of Education (formerly MHRD), or any other government authority, unless specifically stated through official written approval.

People who do not know the alphabet though uses computer, in an other hand- many educated people do not know how to use computer, both are dangerous. As the matter is very urgent it needs to be reviewed. Computer education is important for everyone. Not only job seeking youth, have adults also needed computer knowledge. Keeping this goal in mind, our organization is providing computer education for all. This fortune will be successful with the blessings and cooperation of people. যারা বর্ণমালা জানেন না তারাও কম্পিউটার ব্যবহার করেন, এছাড়া অনেক শিক্ষিত মানুষও কম্পিউটার ব্যবহার করতে জানেন না, উভয়ই বিপদজনক। বিষয়টি অত্যন্ত জরুরি হওয়ায় তা পর্যালোচনা করা দরকার। কম্পিউটার শিক্ষা প্রত্যেকের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। শুধু চাকরি খোঁজার যুবক নয়, প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদেরও কম্পিউটার জ্ঞান প্রয়োজন। এই লক্ষ্যকে সামনে রেখে আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান সবার জন্য কম্পিউটার শিক্ষা প্রদান করছে। মানুষের আশীর্বাদ ও সহযোগিতায় আমাদের প্রচেষ্টা সফলের সৌভাগ্য প্রাপ্ত হবে। আমরা সমস্ত ভারতবাসীদের আমাদের সাথে যোগ দিতে আমন্ত্রণ জানাই । "ন্যাশনাল সার্টিফিকেশন বোর্ড অফ স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট" (NCBSD) ছাত্র এবং যুবকদের শুধুমাত্র তাদের কর্মসংস্থান বাড়াতে নয়, তাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনে প্রযুক্তিকে ব্যবহার করার জন্য প্রশিক্ষণ দেয়।
